Here is my plan of attack at this point.
There is an ohio caravan meeting at the Aimes on Arlington Road in Akron Ohio at 11:00PM on wednesday evening July 21st and leaving shortly after. I know some of these people, so its not like they are complete strangers, although some of them will be. The trip is scheduled at a little over 8 hours going the speed limit. However most people think that it will take more like 10 hours to get there, not to mention the time its going to take to get into the place, seeing that there are hundreds of thousands of people coming from every corner of the United States. We should arrive at 9 or 10 in the morning.
Now the gates do not open until noon, however they are giving away backstage passes at noon, so you know. = ) Now this 2-3 hour time period is going to be needed to gather our people together from Ohio and meet up with our tent circle that has been forming over the internet for the past 4 - 5 monthes. Its currently over 200 people. It's called the Lizard Kingdom, which is a group of individuals brought together from every corner of this world to basically form a community of tents, and get to know each other, watch everyones stuff and help each other have the best time in there lives. They have lots planned during the evenings when the bands quit playing for the night. I will have more information before we go on how to locate the lizard kingdom.
Now as of right now ..... I am driving by myself, and meeting up with Chris and Jason after they get there late thursday evening. Like 3 in morning late.
That's my plan as it stands today, tomorrow is a different story. = )
