I am from Buffalo, NY. I only had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get to woodstock. I was there from thursday morning until monday morning. I thought that the festival was good. I enjoyed most of the bands that played and the people that showed up to see the bands were even better. I made some new friends while at the show, and lost a few that I traveled with. As for the last day...what happened is done with now. It was a news story blown up way to much, but it still was a bad scar on the days previous to sunday night. I just hope that if the promoters of woodstock 99 decide to hold another festival in 2004 that they listen to the feedback all over the internet from all that attened the festival. I thought that Woodstock 99 was one of the most magical experiences in my life, im sure others feel the same way...that is my two cents...
