Why don't you lighten up Chris. You seem to be taking this whole concert a little too seriously. He brought up some very valid points, about lines, high prices and the like.
Just because someone didn't find Utopia like you seem to think you did, doesn't mean you should immediately slam them. You seem to do this to anyone that posts a negative comment about your event.
