You know... WHO GIVES A CRAP ABOUT THE DAMN NAME! Argh! Get over it you guys. I was not born during the original Woodstock and it means nothing to me. What does mean something is the fact that 250,000 VERY different people came together for one purpose (great diverse music) and lived together for almost a week. If it takes the name Woodstock to make a great thing like this happen, then so be it. About the violence... It is just like the world. 99% of the people that you meet in the world are overall nice people and well meaning. 1% ruined Woodstock. Nothing more and I think the whole riot should be forgotten. The media has blown it out of proportion as usual to make us think that the world is going to hell. Well... guess what? The Woodstock weekend was great! The people, the music and the atmosphere was exactly what it was intended to be in then some morons (who are so stupid that they shouldn't even be recognized) came in and tried to wreck it. The more we talk about them, the more we remember that 1%. Lets have another Woodstock as soon as possible and lets call it whatever it takes to get as close to that original magic as possible. That is what this world needs, not people bitching about what it is called.
Step up and make a difference man! Don't whine like a baby...
